STUDIOVOLTARA Studio – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by VOLTARA Studio, operated under VOLTARA FOR ONLINE SELLING.
Services may include website design, CV and portfolio websites, business websites, Shopify store setup, website maintenance, and other digital services agreed with the client.
Project Scope
The project scope, price, deliverables, and specific requirements will be agreed with the client before work begins.
Any request that falls outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation or additional charge.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information and all materials reasonably required to complete the project, including where applicable:
- Text and content
- Images and logos
- Product information
- Company details
- Domain or hosting information
- Access credentials
- Required approvals and feedback
The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any material they provide.
Payments
Payment terms will be communicated before work begins.
Available payment options may include Stripe, Tamara, or other approved payment methods where applicable.
Tamara payment availability is subject to Tamara's own eligibility requirements and terms.
Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, Shopify subscriptions, paid applications, premium themes, licences, or external services are not included unless clearly stated in the quotation.
Project Timelines
Delivery times are estimates based on the agreed scope.
Project timelines may be extended if the client delays in providing:
- Required materials
- Access
- Feedback
- Approvals
- Requested information
VOLTARA Studio will not be responsible for delays caused by the client or by third-party platforms outside its reasonable control.
Revisions
The number and scope of revisions depend on the service or quotation agreed with the client.
Minor revisions within the original project scope may be included.
Requests that substantially change the original design, structure, functionality, or project scope may be treated as additional work.
Domains, Hosting and Third-Party Accounts
Where appropriate, domains, hosting accounts, Shopify accounts, payment accounts, and other third-party services should be registered in the client's own name or transferred to the client at project completion where technically possible.
Third-party providers operate under their own pricing, availability, technical limitations, and terms.
VOLTARA Studio does not control third-party outages, account suspensions, policy changes, price increases, or service interruptions.
Ownership and Handover
After full payment has been received, the client will receive the agreed final deliverables and access or ownership rights applicable to the project.
Third-party software, themes, plugins, templates, fonts, platforms, stock materials, or licensed components remain subject to their respective licences and ownership terms.
Portfolio Use
VOLTARA Studio may request permission to display completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials.
Clients may request that confidential or commercially sensitive work not be publicly displayed.
Client Content
The client is responsible for ensuring that content supplied for use in a project is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
VOLTARA Studio may refuse content or projects involving unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, counterfeit, or infringing material.
Maintenance Services
Where monthly maintenance is purchased, the specific maintenance scope will be agreed separately.
Maintenance does not automatically include major redesigns, new website sections, major functionality changes, paid third-party services, or extensive new content unless specifically agreed.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
VOLTARA Studio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not override an already agreed project scope without agreement between VOLTARA Studio and the client.
Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
